You Need To Drink More Water Pee Pee Monster

I am having so much fun making pee pee monsters! They are arranged original on the left to the newest on the right. Thank you Pink Rocket for the idea to dye the felt a brighter yellow. You know what? I totally did not and would not have thought of that. I’ll put it down on my shopping list.
But in the meantime I found some brighter fabric in one of my drawers. I don’t know what kind of fabric it is but it’s not felt. It turned into a really soft pee pee monster. Or as I call him you need to drink more water pee pee monster.
Get it? Get it?
Ok I’m a dork and easily amused.
I used Futuregirl’s idea of outlining. Next time I want the outlining darker. I will have to try a couple of things. He’s a little raggedy around the edges and he’s not as round as I would like. He has a too straight line because I sort of got distracted while sewing him up and missed the curve. And then I couldn’t figure out how best to stuff him. I finally decided to leave an opening, stuffed him, and then put him back onto the sewing machine and sewed him up. But that made him look rather messy.
After not enough water, I made yet another pee pee monster and worked out some of the kinks. The last one is nice and neat. In fact each and every single one of his teeth are pointy! They’re not rounded off like the first pee pee monster’s teeth. That’s because this time I embroidered his face on before sewing him up and I took my time with it. I also marked where I was going to embroider instead of eyeing it. I stuffed him about halfway through sewing his body while he was still on the machine. But now looking at the picture I can see he isn’t stuffed enough. I like them all but you know, I still like the imperfect ones more.
Oh and can’t end the fun without taking a picture of Isabelle wearing her pee pee monster onesie!
