This afternoon my phone rang. I picked it up and there was this mad woman on the line yelling at me.

She said, “WHAT THE HELL WOMAN?!” No “hello” or anything.

I thought maybe I had got the tail end of a conversation meant for someone else.

But nope. It was for me. It took me a couple of seconds to realize it was my friend, Olinda, commenting about my posting. Or lack of posting.

So this is for you Olinda, our monthly family photos. Isabelle is now four years eleven months and Nathan is eleven months. Sorry for the absence, just been distracted with the kids lately.

A week ago, Isabelle turned four years and ten months old.

And on the weekend, Nathan turned ten months old.

And just today, I realized if I held off on sharing Isabelle’s monthly family photo for five days, I could then take Nathan’s monthly family photo and then share them both at the same time. I did it a couple of months ago because I was behind on posting. But it didn’t really dawn on me that I should do this normally until…now. At ten months. Duh!

Isabelle turned another month older, she’s now four years and nine months old.

We forgot to take our photograph on the 12th. We had dentist appointments and by the time I remembered it was already getting dark. We took it today instead.

And doesn’t Nathan look cute with his big sister’s clip in his hair?
