And here are a couple of our instant photos. What week are we in? I cannot even remember. We haven’t been doing it consistently. We usually do it when we meet up with our homeschool group. But some weeks we don’t meet up. Or we do and I forget to take instant pictures. So yeah…

This gave me a good laugh. A really good laugh. I’m crazy laughing for no reason inside joke kind of laugh. And I laughed and laughed and laughed.

I tried stamp carving tonight! Can you tell what it is?

I am sure I have a stamp carving block but I didn’t use it. This was a quick throw away project. I don’t see me needing this kind of stamp in the foreseeable future so I didn’t want to use my block. I went with a potato instead. I think it turned out rather nice.

It was a last minute, we’re going to a birthday party tomorrow, quick project. I thought Isabelle would get a kick out of it. I showed it to her, telling her I carved a potato! She was all, “uh ha”, stamped it once, then walked away.

It’s been quiet on here. We’ve been busy fighting the evil emperor Zurg. It’s been hard work.

And now we’re back from our dream home of tomorrow but we’re fighting colds. Evil colds.

In all the excitement of this past week I’ve forgotten to share pictures from Nathan’s birthday!

We spent it jumping around like monkeys and sliding. We went to a Pump It Up. It was for another birthday boy who has the same exact birthday as Nathan, Alan’s cousin’s son, Isaiah. Whoo that was a mouthful.

Yes there was sliding and jumping and fun and funny socks. On me.

(Alan forgets to check the focus points when he takes pictures sometimes. Bummer.) But yes. Funny socks. Socks because you know, you need socks at Pump It Up. And funny socks because I grabbed the first pair on hand in a rush. Well, that led to an interesting outfit.

But back to what I was saying. With all the fun we almost forgot cake!! I cannot believe it. How could we almost forget that?

And now I have a two year old. A grumpy whiney two year old who wants me right now so goodnight.
