Robots!
I mentioned over a week ago that I had more pictures to show but never got to them. So, here I am trying to get back to regular posting. The baby shower for Alan’s sister I mentioned oh ages ago. These are the pictures I didn’t get to.
We were at the fabric store getting fabric to make Isabelle a poncho…that I don’t know when I’ll get to. And I told Isabelle to pick some fabric out to make a baby blanket for her Aunty Jo’s baby in her belly. And Isabelle went right for this robot cotton flannel.

Then I still had time left and fabric left so I thought I’d give this baby shoe pattern by Stardust Shoes a try.

Aren’t they adorable?! I should have made some for Nathan when he was smaller. He’s too big for them now.
But were we done there? Nope. I decided we’d make some matching wrapping paper.

I drew some robots out and Isabelle helped me paint them.

And a little robot family card.

Then we were done.

Those are so cute!!! You draw so good,I wish I could. I’m limited to stick people and rainbows lol. And Isabelle colors so neat in the lines. My 6 year old still scribbles all over, he gets that from me though
LOVE that. all of it. especially the wrapping paper and card. how cute!!

Love the idea of making the matching wrapping paper, and Isabelle can participate in preparing the gift too. The whole idea is so sweet and cute!
