“Red Riding Hood” Crochet Hat
You remember back when I made Isabelle this snow hat (based on these directions)? Well, she misplaced it a few days later or a week later. I can’t remember when exactly. So, I decided to make her a new one. This time I used red yarn so it would look like a red riding hood. And I used bulky yarn so it crocheted up even faster.

I didn’t show it before because…well it got misplaced and I just found it a week ago.
Doesn’t her face just say:

Yep. Yep it does. And oh yeah…we found her purple hat in the black hole. Otherwise called her bedroom.
And some of the latest pages from my sketchbook.

I particularly like the April 29th one:

This morning Isabelle was looking through my sketchbook and asked, “is daddy doing ballet?” Bwa ha ha!!
Oh and our VCR is acting a little wonky. So, I asked Alan if he wanted to go to Fry’s using his method. *Guffaw* And just now looking at my drawings I realize we have been doing the letters backwards to the viewer.

Oh man. I chuckled at Isabelle thinking she was black, but I cracked up so hard at your sketch of Alan doing “ballet.”
Especially when I figured out he was spelling letters!
Hahahahaha-ballet-hahahahahaha!
Hi! I just wanted to let you know I am REALLY enjoying looking at your sketchbook blog posts. They are sooooo funny and always put a smile on my face.
I just thought I’d say hi, I’ve been enjoying your blog for awhile now. Ever since I became a mommy, started crafting, and thinking about home schooling. Youve shown me that normal people homeschool too. My aunt and uncle homeschooled and their kids are weirdos still. I hope to raise a better adjusted child. I always look forward to reading your blog.
Hahaha… after reading your last sentence then I realised what Alan is doing, you have a funny man. That must have added lots of interest and fun to your life
