Me in a nightgown, rumpled hair, on the air mattress in the living room with pillows scattered about and all sorts of blankets.

The last two nights have been hard on my sleep with either Isabelle or Nathan fussing about every hour or so. The kids are sick. Isabelle isn’t taking it very well. She’s usually up and at ‘em when she’s sick. But not this time. She has a fever and is just laying about whimpering. She’s even been napping and she never naps. And scarily she’s not eating much.

Nathan on the other hand is doing ok. He is fussier at night and is napping more as well but at least he’s playing and smiling. I have had to sling him a lot though. Ouch. Twenty pounds is a lot to be carrying around for two hours straight.

Yeah. So, that’s us right now. Tired and sick.

I love little cardboard suitcases. And these are handmade! What a great idea. I’ll have to keep my eyes open for hinges to make some of my own. via crafty crow

Well not much has been going on lately. It’s just been sick kids basically. That’s all my sketchbook has been filled with lately.
