Whoo hoo! I did it! I did it! (imagine me singing that)
A blanket for Nathan

I finished knitting a blanket for Nathan!! It isn’t blocked. But I don’t think I’m going to bother doing that. We’re too busy using it.

And doesn’t Nathan look sweet under there. No redness on his face? Well his face cleared up. But these are old pictures. One morning we woke up and it was all red and angry looking again. :(

And like my new banner? No one will get it except for Alan. I’ll explain some other time, too busy coughing.

Project Notes

  1. woohooooo beautiful blanket!! Congratulations on finally completing it. I dunno if I have the patience to knit. I knit a sweater once and I’ve never knitted after that. lol that was more than 10 years ago :p

  2. Love, love, love this blanket.

  3. OH MY GOSH! I made the SAME blanket for Griffin! (Only with a G!). Awesome! Unfortunately I made his with wool yarn and somehow it got eaten by moths or something when it was stored under a shelf in his room. I ended up felting it and then cut out the G to save, though. What is sad is that I made it from wool so it would be all heirloomy and passed down in the generations and all. :( But at least I have pictures of me knitting it, which is cute. I wonder if I have pictures of the blanket itself around here. Ok, this comment is getting too long. Sorry!

  4. Awesome blanket!

Nathan is a morning person and the rest of you are night owls?

  5. Good guess but me and the kids have sort of become morning people now. I usually go to sleep before midnight now. It’s just Alan who is a night owl still.

  6. I LOVE Nathan’s blanket! So sweet! Well done!
