We had just moved and finally had another room, but she was still with us a couple nights in her pack 'n play. She wouldn't stop screaming one night (bedtime ritual as she didn't want to sleep) so my hubby got up and moved her bed into her room (where all her stuff was) and she slept through the night there. I thought it was a bit rash and was crying thinking, "how could he be so mean?!", but it worked!! I remember when our little girl started sleeping on her own.
