At the Pumpkin Patch

Isabelle’s appointment is tomorrow. I don’t want to think about it. It’s making me jittery. So, how about some pictures I’ve been meaning to share, from the pumpkin patch.

I’ve been trying to take more varied pictures lately.
Can I have these two?

Not just Isabelle and Alan all the time. Though they are my favorite subjects.

But more of what’s going on outside of them.

And more of me. I’m having a hard time with the more of me part but I’m going to keep trying.

More pictures from the pumpkin patch here.

  1. Kuky,
I think orange suits your family—maybe because it is such a vibrant, creative color. I have been reading along about your recent findings with Izzy, my heart goes out to you guys! It’s really clear through your blog that you two are amazing, amazing parents. I think you are doing everything right and following your mom instincts. I’m thinking of you!

    Best,

  2. Yeah I loved the pictures from the pumpkin patch. We were probably there for an hour. Me snapping away, Isabelle playing, and Alan chasing after her trying to keep the tanbark out of her shoes. :)

  3. Love that last picture of all three of you! It’s good that you are making an effort to include yourself in more pictures, instead of just playing photographer all the time. I need to do more of that.

  4. CUTE photos!

The picture of Alan and Isabelle looking through the pumpkin cracked me up.

Big hugs and all kinds of optimism heading your way from Seattle . . .

  5. I hope it all went well today!

  9. I love all your photos. I’m praying for you guys! I think after this turn things will get better and you’ll see that it was all part of something else that you wouldn’t want to change at all. bla bla bla… I don’t mean to be cliché and halmarky. Just know that I care and I’m thinking about you guys.

  10. Hope your Halloween was stupendous and your appointment was hope-filled and . . . Basically just wishing you guys the best!
