A Start to a Little Story
I’ve had this little idea of a spaceman. Having this blog, I can check back to see how long ago I got this idea. It was around October 30, 2006. How awful that it’s been so long!!
Well last year, I sketched him all out. That in itself is pathetic. I can see I sketched him out in January. It took me two and a half months to get to sketching him out.
After that I forgot about him. Well not really forgot about him. I just wanted to do other things more.
Now I’m finally getting back to him. He’s going to be in a little short tiny maybe four page booklet I’m hand making.
So here he is: Andy, the spaceman.

Darling! Keep going, I know how those project lists build up and seem to never get done. But if little Spaceman Andy is nagging at you and won’t let you forget him he must WANT to be drawn!
Andy looks like quite an adventurous lad. Does he make sandcastles out of moon dust?
How curious! We certainly think alike even up to the procrastination, except you always follow through where as all my ideas are still in my head.
I also have a spaceman on my mind. He looks a lot different than your Andy spaceman, but never-the-less, he has been in my mind for years now and I still haven’t drawn him out. Perhaps one day he will get drawn. Until then, I will enjoy yours.
Oh, love the new banner too! So sweet.
