Too Busy

Yes. These were some of the things I was doing when I realized I hadn’t drawn today. I sat down and rushed this one out. That’s the real reason why the third pane is just text. I suck.

I’ve been lurking here for a while (directed from Futuregirl’s blog) and feel I must comment on this post…
You most certainly don’t suck because you’re having so much fun with that adorable little woman that there’s not enough time in the day to be stuck in front of the computer.
(Great blog, too! I love your drawings

I have to agree with blue, you dont suck. You are enjoying those young years. Those years that everyone says fly by. Your daughter is only little once, enjoy living no one can blame you for doing that!

You don’t suck!
Your comic perfectly captured this moment in your life.
I just got a tablet, and I’m still working the kinks out of using it, so I appreciate your comics all the more!

and here i was just thinking that it was a great ode to your playtime with isabell. you give a nod to you daily comic without it being the most important thing. and i felt that last frame said that.

You sooooo suck… NOT … ew… never thought I would catch myself doing the NOT thing…haha. I think we put way too much pressure on ourselves with the blogs. The goal of doing a drawing a day is a good one because it is part of your life… keeping the creativity alive but I don’t think it should be a chore.
I would like to tell you again that your flickr pics and blog have inspired me to embrace my mommyhood more and I even started a new “mommy” blog the other day. I also finally started a sewing project!! I’m starting small… aprons for the kids. Yah. Thanks girl. Now.. go get back to life

Oh Kuky, tea parties are important too.
but, please, please don’t stop the daily comics. Put some red-bull in that tea cup, and stay up an extra hour!
