Not a Fan
Thank you to everyone who wished us a happy Valentine’s day. That was very sweet. But yes, I’m not a fan of the day. Today’s drawing is just little overboard. I don’t hate Valentine’s day. I just don’t care for it. And that’s why we don’t celebrate it.
But having said that, I was very surprised this past weekend.
Isabelle walked up to me with this little folded piece of paper in her hand. I opened it up and it was a heart. Then Alan came down the hallway with a box of chocolates and a box of yummy peanut brittle. He said it was going to be a surprise for Valentine’s day but he gave it to me early. Yeah, not a fan of Valentines but chocolates and treats? BIG FAN! Thank you honey, I love you!

funny how we can be swayed by chocolate and sugar. hubby and i dont reallyever do anything big either just a sort of “i love you” “i love you too” “here’s you chocolate” “here’s yours too”

Hi Kuky. I found you via SAJ and lovvvvvee your blog and flickr, especially because I’m currently obsessed with sewing and your pics are inspiring me to really get crazy with it. I also love your cartoons since I’m also obsessed with illustration.
So, why do you hate Valentines day so? I don’t like it either … I was just curious.

This has nothing to do with Valentine’s Day, but I just wanted to say that I really like the black & white comics. They look really cool!
