The fabric store here is closing. Everything is between 50-70% off. Today I bought 2 yards of 6 different fabrics for less than $25.

Well, I’ll confess. I come here first to see the photos of Isabelle and you and Alan, but second, I’m here to see what you’re sewing. You inspire me to work on my own projects. I’m doing aprons instead of little girl clothes, for an auction I’m hosting in April. It will be to raise money for a group that rehabs housing in low-income areas so I’m CONSTANTLY thinking about my painted chairs and sewn aprons these days!

It makes matters worse because my old-time neighborhood fabric store is closing soon. Everything is discounted right now and there are so many beautiful fabrics, but I’M BROKE!!! WAH!

I did not sew. But I did go to the fabric store. I got new fabric so I got some of my itching to sew jones out a bit.

Me too! I think about what I should tackle next and what I have backed up. I’m glad I’m not the only one.

i get that way sometimes! there was about a month where all i wanted to do was sew! i think i made a project a day! it was the worst at night when i wanted to sleep but then i got a great idea in my head and i had to go sew it no matter waht time it was!
