Month Eighteen with Isabelle
Isabelle turned eighteen months old on Alan’s birthday. That’s a year and a half old!! I can’t think of much to recap right this moment except for her favorite noise, “no”. She doesn’t say no as in no. She says it as a sound. No, no, no as she’s playing, no no no as she’s trying to drag us off to see something. No no no as she opens and slams close a drawer. I don’t like no. I think she should start saying yes yes yes.
So since I cannot think of anything to recap and I’ve typed more than I wanted with the pain in my hands here are some pictures instead. Yes more more pictures of Isabelle since me and Alan like looking back in our archives at how big she’s gotten.

Oh and that first photo just screams NO! She is looking like an independant minded little girl. Watch out world. Izzy is growing up fast.

Yeah I love our family picture this month. We snap snap away and I sift through and choose the one I like. It’s a surprise every month. I like how this one you can just feel the love.
And yep she is growing up sooo very fast!!
I love seeing all of the cute dresses/ skirts you are sewing for your precious daughter. I have saved the few handsewn dresses from when my daughter was small. Now she’s 11 and as tall as I am, and learning to sew for herself.
I had one child who said ‘yes’ before ‘no’. I remember myself saying ‘yes’ to him from the time he was born just to have something simple and repetitive to say while I ooohed and aahhed over him. lol But, for the two born before him and the one born after, the word ‘no’ was very popular!
