Ahhhhhhh!!!! And that’s a scream of terror not joy, not happiness. Do you see what I’m talking about? Aaaaccccckkkk!!!
It’s broken!! BROKEN!!! Waaaaah!!!! Waaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!
Many months ago Isabelle leaned on my laptop screen and pushed it all the way flat back. It is not meant to do that!! The screen went dark, I screamed and raised the screen and adjusted the brightness. I noticed the hinge area looked a little wonky but it opened and closed and it worked just fine. Just an occasional squeak. Well last night when I opened it there was a very loud creak. Isabelle was sleeping, it was dark, and I didn’t think much except wow that was loud, hope it won’t disturb Isabelle. Then this morning when I opened it I saw it right away! WAAAAHHHHH!!! And now the lid is a little crooked and won’t stay shut. Aaaahhhh!!!
AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! Do you think it’s fixable?
I’m no help in the pc fixin knowledge department, but I’ll send you some sympathy waves ~~ your way.
OH. no. (sigh) That sucks.
Laptops are pretty touch machines, but not indestructable. Ours has fallen (been pushed) off of the table onto the hardwood floor a couple of times by little people. One of the chilren thought Daddy needed ‘help’ with his laptop while he was out of the room. He picked every single key off of the keyboard with his tiny fingers. It looked like the keyboard had exploded, keys were everywhere. LOL That happened twice, actually. Even after all of that, the laptop still worked!
