Isabelle turned fifteen months old last week. I know she is becoming her own little person but this month it has felt more so. She has become very demanding and let’s you know exactly how she feels. From foot stomping (where did she learn that), or screaming her disapproval (like when we take things from her). Here are some pictures I’d like to share from this month.

I got this big bulldog toy as a gift ages ago. It’s about Waldo size. I thought Isabelle might like it. But instead she was scared and kept staring at it out of the corner of her eye as if it would come after her.

One day Isabelle was very quiet. She was sitting by her toybox but not making any playing noises. I looked over to find that she had gotten into some chips Alan had left and was quietly sitting there eating them.

I love the expression on her face, like why are you always taking pictures of me mama?

And our family picture where she’s holding one of her favorite toys, a spoon. And look! We’re all looking at the camera…(thanks to Photoshop).

Not a day goes by that we don’t marvel at how amazing Isabelle is, how big she’s gotten, and how much we love her.

Read month fourteen.
