Another Dress for Isabelle

Here’s the McCall’s 2213 pattern again. This time it’s view C. I tried to take pictures of Isabelle in it. She wasn’t very cooperative. I gave her the phone to distract her. It worked for all of 1 second. And I don’t know if you can tell but it’s too big. I made the extra large size again because Alan keeps saying how she’s a giant. Obviously she’s not.

Here’s the back of the dress. I chose this pattern specifically for this criss cross design.

And look, I used some of the fabric that Isa sent for the pockets. It was a very nice match.

Oh and I cheated on the buttons. I’m scared to cut into the dress so I just sewed the buttons on without making buttonholes.

This is a very adorable dress. Looks like it could sell at the really expensive French Boutique children’s store that I browse around at in my city of San Francisco.

The pocket is adoreable! (so is the dress!) At least the dress isn’t too small. It will fit her eventually. I totally laughed when you said you didn’t want to cut into the fabric so you just sewed on the buttons.
