I finally went to buy fabric for my mom’s bag. Since the directions are in Japanese, I didn’t know exactly what I needed or how much, so I just bought something I liked.

I love the colors! Very pretty. I’ve been wanting to get that book, even though I’m not anywhere near having kids. I think it was the baby shoes in it that got to me. So gosh-darn cute. I’m making my purse from all Japanese instructions I can’t read and it’s not been too bad…the diagrams are usually very clear. Good luck with the bag! I’m looking forward to seeing it.
