Our experiment with no gloves and freshly cut nails for 2 days.
Result: 4 scratches. FOUR!! Two of which were between her eyes.

I nanny for twin boys, and we have had quite a go with their skin. Their mom says she has really dry, hard to treat patches, too, and that’s what’s caused these two to scratch. For now we keep their nails cut, and they wear mittens when they’re asleep or really mad, which is when they tear up their faces. Let us know if you come up with a good solution!
