My Little Messy Eater

My little messy eater had her 4 month old appointment today (yes that’s milk on the side of her mouth). She got her shots and did very very well. I breastfed her while she got her shots and she didn’t cry nearly as much as she did the first time we went. I’m so glad because it was really heartbreaking last time.

The little one ahem…I mean my giant baby weighs 15 pounds 10 oz. She’s in the 90th percentile! And the doctor has given us to go ahead for rice cereal. Can’t wait to see what a mess that will make!

  1. Not to completely contradict your doctor, but you don’t need to start rice cereal until 6 months. In fact, most recent research have found that starting rice cereal at or after six months is preferred. Wait for the cues that Isabelle will give you. This is a good article.

  2. She is so cute but let’s discuss the silkscreen DVD. Did it arrive? Have you tried it? Will we get to see photos soon?

  3. Yes it did arrive and I sort of half watched it while falling asleep feeding Isabelle. So unfortunately nope, no photos soon.

  4. She’s SOOOOO cute!!!
