We had a lovely Christmas! Alan and I didn’t need presents. As we said, “Isabelle is all the present we need, she was the perfect gift this year.”

We spent Christmas Eve with Alan’s family. The picture from the last post was us getting ready for the party. Isabelle was soooo adorable in the pretty dress. This was my favorite picture. See how Isabelle’s cute little feet are sticking out from under her dress? And you can see we were wearing matching colors.

Isabelle was a good little baby. She let people hold her and didn’t fuss much at all. We were really surprised at how well behaved she was because we didn’t arrive until after her bedtime. We stayed past midnight and didn’t get home until about 3 a.m. and she went to sleep just fine for the late hour.

Then on Christmas day Isabelle was dressed in her cute little red baby’s first Christmas outfit. You can see she received tons of presents. She was surrounded by them. We opened them and then had dinner with my friend Jennifer and her family. Jennifer is originally from England and she had Christmas crackers!! We had dinner wearing little paper crowns. And then the rest of the evening was spent playing Cranium. Soooo fun!!!

It was a wonderful Christmas!
