Oh my gawd! I saw a couple of my friends today and it was mentioned that one of them…name withheld because it is just too awful, AWFUL…that her aunt knit her a pair of socks which she threw away! THREW AWAY A PAIR OF HAND KNIT SOCKS! She didn’t even try them on. She doesn’t wear socks so she THREW THEM AWAY. I was in shock. After the the subject matter had turned to other things I was still stuck on her THROWING AWAY HAND KNIT SOCKS. I just could not get over it. OH MY GAWD! THREW AWAY HAND KNIT SOCKS. See…still can’t get over it.
