As I mentioned yesterday, I started making garter stitch slippers for the baby. The pattern is from Simple Knits for Cherished Babies. It didn’t take me long at all. In fact the pair are all knit up and need to be seamed. But the only picture I have is from yesterday. So here it is…yesterday

I decided to use the same yarn I made the Petal Hat out of because when I finished the baby bootees Alan asked me why I didn’t use the same yarn so they would match. And wow…that’s a good question. I didn’t even think of matching it. But now I have or I should say soon will have these cute slippers that will actually match a hat.
