I am having an especially bad night. My nausea has been worse then usual. Even orange juice (which has been like a magical wonderful elixir to chase away my urges to vomit) isn’t working. I am grumpy and tired. Tired because last night or I should say this morning at 3:39 a.m. I was awakened to a light in the backyard and the sound of meowing. I guess a cat had passed in front of the motion sensored lights which should have been OFF. So I got up and turned them off after peering out the window for this forlorn sounding kitty. So today when I got back from work I kept hearing intermittent meowing. When Alan woke up I asked him to check for a cat outside in case it was caught on something or in case it was some serial killer pretending to be a cat to lure me out. He thought both ideas were silly I guess because he refused and then left for work without even kissing me goodbye. And now I’m GRUMPY!
