Frill: Onto The Third Ball

I’m onto my third ball on my variation on a frill. Here’s the body I’m still working on. I’ve started the second frill now because I’ve been in the mood to knit something else. I think that means it’s time to start a new project. Something with my new yarn I think.

I’m working on this pattern too, and I cannot for the LIFE of my figure out the body stitch. I’m confused by the yo twice, because when the time comes in the next row to drop one stitch off the needle, I’m not sure what to do for the K2tog. I’ve tried several options, and they all come out ugly. Rrrrrrriiip! Do you have any advice?
